Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place the cornstarch in a plastice bag, add pork and shake to evenly coat the meat
Step 2
Lightly spray a wok or large skillet with oil
Step 3
Add garlic and stir fry for 1 minute
Step 4
Add the dusted pork, cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, 2 minutes
Step 5
Add the vermouth, stir well getting all the bits off the bottom of the pan
Step 6
Add carrots, cook for 2 minutes, stirringall the time
Step 7
Add beans, 1 mnute
Step 8
Add mushrooms, 1 minute
Step 9
Add all the remaining ingredients
Step 10
Stir fry for about 4-5 minutes or until everything is hot and still crisp
