Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound fresh pork tenderloin (cut into stir fry size)
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • 4 large garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 ounces Vermouth (or white wine)
  • 1/2 cup thin sliced carrot (raw)
  • 8 green string beans (trimmed, cut into 3)
  • 3 medium mushrooms (quartered)
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper (cut into thin strips)
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper (or other coloured pepper, cut into thin strips)
  • 4 ounces sugar snap peas (cut in half diagonally)
  • 2 green onions (sliced diagoanally, white and green parts)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Zesty Italian dressing (Kraft, 1/4 cup))
  • Spray of oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the cornstarch in a plastice bag, add pork and shake to evenly coat the meat

  • Step 2: Lightly spray a wok or large skillet with oil

  • Step 3: Add garlic and stir fry for 1 minute

  • Step 4: Add the dusted pork, cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, 2 minutes

  • Step 5: Add the vermouth, stir well getting all the bits off the bottom of the pan

  • Step 6: Add carrots, cook for 2 minutes, stirringall the time

  • Step 7: Add beans, 1 mnute

  • Step 8: Add mushrooms, 1 minute

  • Step 9: Add all the remaining ingredients

  • Step 10: Stir fry for about 4-5 minutes or until everything is hot and still crisp
