Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place bread rolls on an oven tray and heat in a moderate oven (180C) for about 10 minutes, or until warm and remove and cut lengthways down the centre three-quarter f the way through the roll.
Step 2
Meanwhile combine pork and sauce in a bowl.
Step 3
Combine coleslaw, apple, parsley and dressing in a separate bowl.
Step 4
To serve divide pork evenly among warm rolls and top with coleslaw misture.
