Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 (240 grams) bread rolls (long and crusty)
  • 350 grams cooked pork roast (sliced and chopped)
  • 2 tablespoon barbecue sauce (smokey)
  • 1 packet (200 grams) coleslaw mix (dry slaw)
  • 1 apple (red, large cored and cut into matchsticks)
  • 1/3 cup parsley, chopped (fresh)
  • 1/4 cup coleslaw salad dressing (bottled)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place bread rolls on an oven tray and heat in a moderate oven (180C) for about 10 minutes, or until warm and remove and cut lengthways down the centre three-quarter f the way through the roll.

  • Step 2: Meanwhile combine pork and sauce in a bowl.

  • Step 3: Combine coleslaw, apple, parsley and dressing in a separate bowl.

  • Step 4: To serve divide pork evenly among warm rolls and top with coleslaw misture.
