"Peaches and pork are a natural together. I threw this together and it came out so good I decided to post the recipe. It is amazing how far 6 oz. of meat stretchs in a stir fry. Nice served over rice or noodles"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Put your prepared pork in a bowl or plastic bag, add corn starch and shake well coating all the pieces.
Step 2
Add oil to a large skillet, medium high heat, stir fry the pork until lightly brown
Step 3
The meat should be almost cooked through
Step 4
Add onions, garlic and ginger, stir fry for about 4 minutes
Step 5
Add the peas and peaches, stir fry for 2 minutes
Step 6
Mix together the soy sauce, sugar and Generl Tao sauce
Step 7
Add to pan turn heat to low medium and continue to cook for about 3 more minutes
Step 8
Season with salt and pepper and serve
