Step 1: Put your prepared pork in a bowl or plastic bag, add corn starch and shake well coating all the pieces.
Step 2: Add oil to a large skillet, medium high heat, stir fry the pork until lightly brown
Step 3: The meat should be almost cooked through
Step 4: Add onions, garlic and ginger, stir fry for about 4 minutes
Step 5: Add the peas and peaches, stir fry for 2 minutes
Step 6: Mix together the soy sauce, sugar and Generl Tao sauce
Step 7: Add to pan turn heat to low medium and continue to cook for about 3 more minutes
Step 8: Season with salt and pepper and serve
