Step by Step Method
Step 1
Stir together the soup, water, brown sugar, worchestershire sauce and thyme.
Step 2
Add half to the slow cooker, add porkchops, then the apples and onions, add remaining half of the soup
Step 3
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is cooked and tender
