The ingredients are:
  • 2 cans (10 3/4 ounce) condensed mushroom soup (golden mushroom soup)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
  • 2 pounds pork loin chops (8 boneless chops, 3/4 inch thick)
  • 735 grams apples (4 large Granny Smith apples, peeled, seeded, sliced)
  • 2 yellow onions ( large sliced, about 2 cups)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Stir together the soup, water, brown sugar, worchestershire sauce and thyme.

  • Step 2: Add half to the slow cooker, add porkchops, then the apples and onions, add remaining half of the soup

  • Step 3: Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is cooked and tender
