"When I moved to Iceland, 1 thing I sadly accepted was that I could no longer rely on many convenience (or takeout) food items that I had esp favored as part of my daily cooking for just myself -- Until I began working on my COPYCAT WISH LIST. This recipe is #12 in my "Copycat Cookbook" *NOTE FROM ME: This recipe is deep-fried & there was no way to enter it w/o chg'ing the caloric, fat & nutritional data for the better or worse. There will be a fairly lrg amt of oil wasted when cooking is done, so I opted to omit cooking oil as an ingredient for the sake of more accurate nutritional info. Todd suggested 6-10 cups of oil for frying (based on the size & depth of the deep-fryer or frying pan you use), but I'll try to use less by shallow-frying the chicken for a longer time, turning as needed.* ENJOY!"
