In 1 skillet melt butter

Grill fish until lightly browned

In second skillet melt butter

Add lemon zest ,pepper and juice

Reduce down

Step 6

Add chives and cream to warm dont boil

Plating

Step 8

Put sole on plate

Step 9

At one end put lemon wedge

At tail end put sauce

Ten stars! The Meyer lemon sauce was perfect with this delicate fish! I doubled the recipe for the two of us, and did tweak a little bit at the end. I used a teeny amount of cornstarch to thicken the sauce so it would stay on the fish. Lovely, lovely, lovely! Super easy to make, with fantastic results. This is definitely a weekday dinner, but is company worthy as well. Thanks for sharing- this is going in our regular rotation!
