  • 4 ounces dover sole filet ,boned
  • 1 tablespoons butter
  • Sauce:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons meyer lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon meyer lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon chives ,minced
  • 1/16 teaspoon white pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: In 1 skillet melt butter

  • Step 2: Grill fish until lightly browned

  • Step 3: In second skillet melt butter

  • Step 4: Add lemon zest ,pepper and juice

  • Step 5: Reduce down

  • Step 6: Add chives and cream to warm dont boil

  • Step 7: Plating

  • Step 8: Put sole on plate

  • Step 9: At one end put lemon wedge

  • Step 10: At tail end put sauce
