Step by Step Method
Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 375, Place pears in an oven proof pan, cut side up, with some water in the bottom of the pan
Step 2
Fill the cavity with 1 teaspoon butter and 1 teaspoon brown sugar
Step 3
Cover the pan and bake the pears for approximately 1/2 hour
Step 4
Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve
