"This is a very refreshing lunch salad, The recipe is from Cooks.com. I love the honey lemon dressing - No oil is great too. I used pecans instead of walnuts and just plain lettuce. Serves four as a side salad, two if it is your main lunch"

A delightful little salad with delicious flavor and texture! I used red pears and left the skin on one pear and peeled the other. I also used pecans because that is what I had on hand. I loved the taste of the honey and lemon drizzled over the salad! It makes a simple, easy and a super satisfying salad for lunch. Thanks for sharing this recipe, Bergy!
