"I used to make these for my kids all the time, they like changing up the ingredients, like adding pineapple or onion ~ whatever took their fancy on the day. It's not until I saw this recipe on Dairy Australia recipes that I remembered making these. Use wholemeal crumpets or lite/ salt reduced produce if you want these to be healthier."

Step 1
