"Another wine cooler, but this is packed w/the rich, tropical flavor of pineapple. I seized the moment & used an excess of pineapple juice from a canned pineapple product. Now I am hopelessly hooked. Enjoy!"

We really enjoyed this delicious wine cooler. It was 110ºF when I made this, so we found the wine cooler very refreshing. I used Pinot Grigio for the wine and 7-Up for the soda. I didn't have diet soda, but the regular variety worked just fine. **Made for 2016 Culinary Quest-the Azores for Pi Rho Maniacs**

Excellent wine cooler! We found the flavor balance to be just right and really enjoyed the pineapple flavor. I used pinot grigio for the wine and Sprite Zero for the soda. I happily expanded the recipe to make a pitcher for the family, and we all enjoyed our Friday night! Thank you!

Really sweet wine cooler! I love wine coolers, but this one was a bit sweet for me. I'd have to increase the wine or decrease the juice and sprite. But funny enough, my son loved it! Made for your win in Football Pool! Congratulations!
