Step 1

Combine pesto, lemon juice, and shrimp; toss. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Thread shrimp and bell peppers onto skewers, alternating shrimp and peppers. Sprinkle evenly with kosher salt.

Step 3

Grill on a medium grill for 7 mintues, turning once.

Easy to make & delicious. I use Argentine Shrimp - they are so nice & firm. I broiled the kebabs for 10 minutes, 5 minutes each side. Thanks Breezer for a lovely recipe.
