Step 1: Combine pesto, lemon juice, and shrimp; toss. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Step 2: Thread shrimp and bell peppers onto skewers, alternating shrimp and peppers. Sprinkle evenly with kosher salt.
Step 3: Grill on a medium grill for 7 mintues, turning once.
