"There are so many different fillings for perogies - my favorite is potato & sauerkraut. But use your favorite for this recipe. I get my perogies at the Farmer's market - a lady there sells her home made. They are almost as good as my late sister-in-law's. Serve with sour cream or whipped cottage cheese."
