The ingredients are:
  • 8 perogies (boiled, cooked)
  • 6 ounces smoked sausage (cut into 1" pieces)
  • 1 1/2 cups sweet bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup yellow onions, chopped
  • 2 roma tomatoes, chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup salsa (your choice I like hot)

  • Step 1: Place all the ingredients is a lightly oiled large skillet

  • Step 2: Over medium-low heat stir fry the ingredients until the perogies are golden and the veggies are cooked apprx 20 minutes
