Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients, except chicken, together
Step 2
Remove 1/3 cup of the marinade and place in your fridge
Step 3
Place the chicken in a zip lock plastic bag, pour in the remaining marinade, mix well, place in fridge for 6 hours
Step 4
Every time you go to the fridge turn the bag over to keep all sides of the pieces immersed in the marinade
Step 5
Drain the chicken, place in oven proof shallow dish, bake at 375f for approximately 20 minutes. Turn the pieces over half way through baking to brown all sides. Bake time depends on the size of your chicken pieces
Step 6
Serve with the reserved mustard sauce Enjoy
