Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano, crushed

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all the ingredients, except chicken, together

  • Step 2: Remove 1/3 cup of the marinade and place in your fridge

  • Step 3: Place the chicken in a zip lock plastic bag, pour in the remaining marinade, mix well, place in fridge for 6 hours

  • Step 4: Every time you go to the fridge turn the bag over to keep all sides of the pieces immersed in the marinade

  • Step 5: Drain the chicken, place in oven proof shallow dish, bake at 375f for approximately 20 minutes. Turn the pieces over half way through baking to brown all sides. Bake time depends on the size of your chicken pieces

  • Step 6: Serve with the reserved mustard sauce Enjoy
