Step by Step Method
Step 1
Biscuits ... Mix all the ingredients (except the pepperoni) together in a bowl. The batter should be stiff, but if it is a bit too dry, add another tablespoon of milk. Fold in the pepperoni and mix to combine. Again, this should be a "stiff" "thick" batter. You are making drop biscuits.
Step 2
Bake ... Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil and add spoonfuls of the batter. They will "puff-up" a bit, but you still want them bite size. Make sure to leave room between each biscuit. Top each biscuit with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and bake 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Step 3
Serve ... Heat the marinara sauce and serve a bowl for dipping. ENJOY!
