"Adapted from one I viewed awhile back on the internet, don't remember where. In addition to noodles, I've also used it on other foods, notable on green beans or in stir-fried chicken."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Microwave peanut butter on high 15 seconds to soften.

Step 2

Whisk together with other ingredients.

Step 3

If too thick, add water slowly to achieve desired consistency (thick enough to coat well but thing enough to pour).

Step 4

Use to dress noodles for up to 6 servings.

Love when super easy is really really good! Daughter had mentioned looking for an Asian Peanut Sauce which saw me searching. Into my recipe drawer for this one. A winner at my house.
