Step by Step Method

Preheat oven to 350F
Step 2
Line a 15x10x1 inch baking pan with foil, grease, and set aside

For the crust, in a medium bowl, combine flour and brown sugar. Using a pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Press mixture into the bottom of prepared pan and bake about 12 minutes, or until crust is golden brown

Sprinkle crust with peanuts and chocolate chips
Step 5
In a small bowl, combine caramel topping and 3 tablespoons flour. Drizzle caramel over the nuts and chocolate.

Bake for another 12-15 minutes, or until caramel is bubbly

Let cool in the pan

Using the foil, lift the bars out of the pan, peel off foil, and cut into squares
