  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 2 cups peanuts, salted
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 12.5 ounce jar caramel ice cream topping
  • 3 tablespoons flour

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F

  • Step 2: Line a 15x10x1 inch baking pan with foil, grease, and set aside

  • Step 3: For the crust, in a medium bowl, combine flour and brown sugar. Using a pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Press mixture into the bottom of prepared pan and bake about 12 minutes, or until crust is golden brown

  • Step 4: Sprinkle crust with peanuts and chocolate chips

  • Step 5: In a small bowl, combine caramel topping and 3 tablespoons flour. Drizzle caramel over the nuts and chocolate.

  • Step 6: Bake for another 12-15 minutes, or until caramel is bubbly

  • Step 7: Let cool in the pan

  • Step 8: Using the foil, lift the bars out of the pan, peel off foil, and cut into squares
