Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add ginger and garlic to skillet; stir-fry for 15 seconds.
Step 2
Add pea pods and carrots. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until pea pods are crisp-tender. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Drizzle with soy sauce; toss gently to coat.
