Step 1

Prepare the Hard Cooked Eggs, peel Chop.

Step 2

Meanwhile, cook the bacon, then drain.

Step 3

Meanwhile, thaw the peas under running HOT water.

Step 4

Start chopping all the ingredients.

Step 5

Combine everything except the eggs and stir to mix.

Step 6

Next add the eggs and carefully fold to mix.

Step 7

Taste, add additional seasoning to taste.

Step 8

Serve Chilled.

Deeeelish! I wasn't sure if recipe called for dill or sweet pickle relish, so I used what I had (sweet). The salad was a wonderful combo of flavors - whats not to like about peas and bacon??? But next time, I'll cut down or omit the sugar if using sweet pickle relish. DH agreed it was a fantastic side!

This was a pretty good salad, but just not one of my favorites. A little too sweet.
