"This is soooo easy. Not too much to say except it tastes good and it will make a whole meal for you if you add some cooked chicken or use it as a side dish."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Put olive oil in skillet and heat; add the garlic and cook but do not burn.

Step 2

Add the frozen tiny broccoli and cook for about 8 minutes stirring occasionally, adding a little water now and then to make steam so that the broccoli cooks (or you could cook it sparately in a little pan of water before you make this and just add it cooked).

Step 3

If you are adding chicken, add it now, then add the butter, salt, pepper and the cooked pasta----serve with Parmesan cheese.

Made as directed using only 1 tablespoon olive oil and adding chicken stock instead of the oil. It turned out perfectly. Made for the Alphabet Soup Recipe Tag Game.
