Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 pound frozen broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Dash salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 pound cooked spaghetti or other pasta
  • Parmesan cheese (to your liking)
  • Left over cooked chicken--cut up (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put olive oil in skillet and heat; add the garlic and cook but do not burn.

  • Step 2: Add the frozen tiny broccoli and cook for about 8 minutes stirring occasionally, adding a little water now and then to make steam so that the broccoli cooks (or you could cook it sparately in a little pan of water before you make this and just add it cooked).

  • Step 3: If you are adding chicken, add it now, then add the butter, salt, pepper and the cooked pasta----serve with Parmesan cheese.
