Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F; spray a shallow baking dish with cooking spray.
Step 2
Combine Parmesan and seasonings in a shallow dish.
Step 3
Brush chicken breast with olive oil, then dredge in Parmesan mixture to coat.
Step 4
Place chicken in prepared pan; pour chicken stock into pan.
Step 5
Cover and bake for 30 minutes, then remove cover and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
