Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 2

Pam spray 9x13 casserole

Step 3

Season the schnitzel with salt, pepper and paprika

To taste

Fry briefly on both sides in hot oil.

Step 6

Place the meat in a buttered casserole dish.

Step 7

Clean the peppers and cut into strips.

Step 8

Peel the onion and cut into rings.

Step 9

Peel and crush the garlic.

Step 10

Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion rings and pepper strips in it.

Step 11

Stir in the crushed garlic, diced tomatoes and tomato paste.

Step 12

Add more of the spices and taste.

Step 13

Deglaze with broth

Step 14

Add cream.

Step 15

Allow this mixture to cook through briefly and pour over the schnitzel.

Step 16

Cover the casserole dish with aluminum foil and leave to cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
