Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 3: Season the schnitzel with salt, pepper and paprika
Step 4: To taste
Step 5: Fry briefly on both sides in hot oil.
Step 6: Place the meat in a buttered casserole dish.
Step 7: Clean the peppers and cut into strips.
Step 8: Peel the onion and cut into rings.
Step 9: Peel and crush the garlic.
Step 10: Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion rings and pepper strips in it.
Step 11: Stir in the crushed garlic, diced tomatoes and tomato paste.
Step 12: Add more of the spices and taste.
Step 13: Deglaze with broth
Step 14: Add cream.
Step 15: Allow this mixture to cook through briefly and pour over the schnitzel.
Step 16: Cover the casserole dish with aluminum foil and leave to cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
