This made a great breakfast for us this morning. Great flavor. I think I would try this with lower salt soy sauce next time. We are watching our salt intake.

Excellent fried rice recipe! My daughter had fun making this to go with our shrimp for dinner. It's full of flavor. We especially loved the addition of bacon! I might use a little less soy sauce next time. Thank you for a great fried rice!!

So different and soooo good. DH has already insisted we make again. It makes a lot for a side, even when I cut it in half, but that's great now we'll have plenty of left overs. Next time I might try adding a jalapeno to the mix for some extra heat that we enjoy, but was lovely just the way it is written.
