Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Slice tomatoes lengthwise in half and gently remove the seeds.

Place cut-side up on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Roast 40-45 minutes, until tomatoes begin to caramelize.

Let cool and enjoy...

Keep in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to five days, or in the freezer for up to six months.
