"Recipe by Tyler Florence. The recipe calls for 30 minutes which yields a corn as tender as most people usually like it, but I like mine just a bit more crisp. I you like yours a bit more crisp, try it at 20 minutes and test a kernel from the tip- if you want it cooked more, just toss it back in the oven. It really is easy to make though, and the silks just come right off."

Although a little harder to shuck when they are so hot, the taste is really great, better than our usual microwave or boiling methods. And 30 minutes was perfect for us.

Very good, tender and lots of flavor! I cooked fresh picked ears for 45 minutes and they were perfectly done.

Great concept. Of course I had to cook our ears of corn 50 minutes as we don't like it crunchy which was what the 30 minute mark produced. But ovens aren't all the same, plus various peeps like different donenesses.I was amazed at how easy the silk came off. Made for Billboard tag.
