"This chicken is made with smoked paprika, using regular paprika will not produce the same flavor and will not be as good. This also will work great using thighs (my photo is showing thighs), cooking time will need to be increased by about 10-15 minutes."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a bowl, combine olive oil and next 8 ingredients until well blended.
Step 2
Place the wings into a large bowl. Pour the oil mixture over, then using your hands fitted with plastic or rubber gloves mix/massage the oil mixture into the chicken.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. (bottom rack).
Step 4
Generously spray a baking sheet with cooking spray (use must coat it well with spray, because of the brown sugar the wings will stick!).
Step 5
Remove the chicken from oil mixture allowing any excess to drip off. Place wings on baking sheet.
Step 6
Bake for 30-35 minutes, using metal tongs to turn at halftime.
