Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Mix the mayonnaise, Emeril’s essence and lemon juice together in a small bowl.
Step 3
Pat the salmon steaks dry with a paper towel, rub the mayo mixture over both sides of the salmon steaks and place the steaks on a baking sheet generously coated with non-stick spray.
Step 4
Bake for 15 minutes or until fish just starts to flake when poked with a spoon. The cook time will vary depending on thickness of your steaks, I used 2 -12 ounce, 1 1/2 inch thick salmon steaks
