"This great tasting fish recipe is so easy to put together. The salmon turns out so moist and juicy. The recipe for Emeril's essence spice mix is posted here by Chef shapeweaver #recipe10575"

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2

Mix the mayonnaise, Emeril’s essence and lemon juice together in a small bowl.

Step 3

Pat the salmon steaks dry with a paper towel, rub the mayo mixture over both sides of the salmon steaks and place the steaks on a baking sheet generously coated with non-stick spray.

Step 4

Bake for 15 minutes or until fish just starts to flake when poked with a spoon. The cook time will vary depending on thickness of your steaks, I used 2 -12 ounce, 1 1/2 inch thick salmon steaks
