Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 10 to 12 ounces salmon steaks (two steaks, about 1 1/2 inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Emeril’s essence seasoning (#recipe10575)
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Step 2: Mix the mayonnaise, Emeril’s essence and lemon juice together in a small bowl.

  • Step 3: Pat the salmon steaks dry with a paper towel, rub the mayo mixture over both sides of the salmon steaks and place the steaks on a baking sheet generously coated with non-stick spray.

  • Step 4: Bake for 15 minutes or until fish just starts to flake when poked with a spoon. The cook time will vary depending on thickness of your steaks, I used 2 -12 ounce, 1 1/2 inch thick salmon steaks
