Step by Step Method
Step 1
Pheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Step 2
Spray 9×13 pan with cooking spray. Add in chicken breasts then season with pepper and garlic salt (go easy with the garlic salt or just use garlic powder instead)..
Step 3
Pour uncooked rice over chicken. Sprinkle with onion soup mix.
Step 4
Combine mushroom soup with 1 1/2 cups of water. Pour around the chicken.
Step 5
Cover and bake 1 hour 15 minutes or until rice is tender.
