Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 pounds) boneless skinless chicken breasts (large fillets)
  • Pepper
  • Garlic salt (or garlic powder)
  • 160 grams dry white rice (dry 1 cup, long grain)
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 package (2 ounces) dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can (10 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup

How to Make

  • Step 1: Pheat oven to 325 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Spray 9×13 pan with cooking spray. Add in chicken breasts then season with pepper and garlic salt (go easy with the garlic salt or just use garlic powder instead)..

  • Step 3: Pour uncooked rice over chicken. Sprinkle with onion soup mix.

  • Step 4: Combine mushroom soup with 1 1/2 cups of water. Pour around the chicken.

  • Step 5: Cover and bake 1 hour 15 minutes or until rice is tender.
