"One Sunday I wanted something special for mine and my SO's dinner, and came up with this recipe. This is just a simple recipe for Roasted Chicken. The prep for this recipe is pretty easy but the roasting will take sometime,so plan ahead. The seasoning that you will need for the recipe is found on this site,#recipe10575. The roasting for the size chicken I used was 2 1/2 hours. If your using a smaller chicken, please adjust the cooking time accordingly. For easier clean up, use a disposable pan lined with aluminum foil. The size pan you use will be determined by the size of your chicken. If you have leftovers, just think of all the wonderful meals you can get out of this.
