5 Stars all the way for these delicious potatoes! Simplicity at it's best with this recipe, I already had everything on hand in the pantry which made for an easy and tasty side dish. My family enjoyed the potato's with chicken, although I just had these wonderful the potato's and vegetables and I was in vego heaven! I did halve the recipe and take the potato's out about 5 minutes before finish of cook, removed the foil and replaced the potato's back into the oven to just slightly brown, but everything else was exactly as per recipe. With winter coming on soon, this is a recipe I can look forward to making again and again!

Awhile back realized it has been so long since I used onion soup packets which had me pick up a box of Lipton Onion Soup, happy I did as it made for a potato dish that tasted as good as it looked! I did scale down the recipe for two using lovely Queen Ann potatoes from my backyard garden. Enjoyed. Its a keeper! Now off to search for the homemade onion soup recipe.
