"An easy, filling potato side dish made with dry onion soup mix and chicken broth."
Pre-heat oven to 350°. Arrange the sliced potatoes in a large, deep baking dish.
Combine the butter, chicken broth and dry onion soup mix in a saucepan and bring to a boil, then pour over the potatoes.
Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender.
