Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 250F.

Step 2

Mix flour, oats, coconut and wheat germ in a large mixing bowl.

Step 3

Combine the remaining ingredients in a smaller mixing bowl.

Step 4

Pour the corn syrup mixture into the dry mix, then mix well.

Step 5

Spread out into an even layer, about 1/2-inch thick, on a cookie sheet.

Step 6

Bake for 1 hour.

Step 7

Cool, cut into bars.
