Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325.

In a large bowl, whisk all ingredients (except the pecan halves) together until well combined.

Pour filling into unbaked pie shell

Top with optional pecan halves, if using and bake for 50 minutes or until the center is set.
Step 5
Allow to cool completely on a wire rack.

Cut into 12 slices.
