"I am not so good at rice in the skillet sometimes. This time I got it right! I call it fried rice because it tastes like fried rice, but it's really cooked on the stove and then put into the crock pot. The prep time does not include cooking the rice and the leftover meat. I used two cups of cooked rice and two cups of meat."
