"Oh Boy, these are SO good!!! since I had no chocolate chips and coconut I had to omit them, so it was basically only the PB, corn syrup, coconut oil, oats and vanilla, they were still delicious with only those few ingredients!! Next time I make these I`ll add in some chopped salted peanuts or other nuts along with the ingredients I had to omit. I made these using an 8 x 8-inch pan but a 9 x 9 or 11 x 7-inch would be okay also"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a saucepan over low heat and stirring constantly, melt the peanut butter corn syrup or honey and coconut oil until completely combined.
Step 2
Once it is combined completely, remove the mixture from the heat, mix in oats, shredded coconut, chocolate chips and vanilla.
Step 3
Stir until chocolate has entirely melted
Step 4
Pour into a pan and place into the refrigerator to cool
Step 5
