Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup peanut butter (I used Kraft natural smooth PB, I would think almond butter would work great also)
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup (or natural honey)
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 2 cups quick oats (not instant)
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate baking chips
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a saucepan over low heat and stirring constantly, melt the peanut butter corn syrup or honey and coconut oil until completely combined.

  • Step 2: Once it is combined completely, remove the mixture from the heat, mix in oats, shredded coconut, chocolate chips and vanilla.

  • Step 3: Stir until chocolate has entirely melted

  • Step 4: Pour into a pan and place into the refrigerator to cool

  • Step 5: Enjoy!
