I scaled back for one serve and made as per recipe but as delicious as the potatoes were I could not get through the generous serve but look forward to making potato cake with what is left, thank you Marramamba for a delicious side, made for Alphabet Tag Game at FF&F.
This is really nice recipe, I used chives parsley and mint. The use of the herbs to really add to the flavour of the sour cream.
The only thing was I wasn't sure where to add the butter, so I used it after straining the potato's, it worked well coating the potato's in yummy butter before adding the sour cream.
